IN VASCULAR INJURIES. DELIVERY METHOD

Abstract

Damar yaralanmaları, günümüzde her hekimin olgulardandır. Kliniğimizde son iki yıl içinde 41 olgu sağıtılmıştır. Arda dönük olarak incelediğimiz damar yaralanmalarının çoğu delikanlılık çağlarında meydana gelmiştir. Serimizde, önkol ve kaSlk bölgesi damarlarlnm yaralarl çoğunluktadır. Şiddet olayları bu yaralanmaların en sık görülen nedenidir. Serimizde ön kol ve kasık bölgesi damarlarının yaralanmaları çoğunluktadır. Öncelik genel durumun sağıtımına verilmiş olup yaralanan damarlar her olasılıkla onarılmaıştır. Yazımızda aldığımız sonuçlar ve ağıtım prensipleri tartışılmaktadır.

Damar Yaralanmalarında Sağıtım Yöntemi

Abstract

Vascular trauma, constitutes a group of cases, that can be faced by almest every physician, We have reviewed the management of such cases in our hospital, during the last tWo years. A group of 41 cases Were treated, most of whom were teenagers, Violence Was the most common cause of vessel injuries in these patients, İnguinal and forearm vessels were the most freguentiy injured sites. Priority was “ given to recussitative efforts in t(he management of these cases. The patency of injured vessels were obtained in every possible condition. In this article, we have . disrussed our results and the principles of treatment of such cases.
