Abstract
Mart 1979 - Mart 1980 tarihleri arasında Genel Cerrahi Servisierinde 40 hasta, toplam 50 subklavian kateter takıldı. Endikasyonları; hiperalimantasyon, sant- “ral venöz basınç takibi sıvı ve/veya kan verilmesi idi. “Komplikasyon: oranının 99 14 olduğu tespit edildi. Bunlar, pnömotoraks, uygun olmayan pozsiyon (internal juguler ven) ve sıvı extravazasyonu idi. Kateterizasyona bağiı ölüm görülmedi.

Abstract
Subclavian Vein CatheterizationBetween March 1979 - March 1980 50 subclavian catheteres were applied in 40 patients in General Surgery seivices. The indications were hyperalimentation, CVP monitoring and fluid and/or blood replacement. Complications occurred in 14 patients were namely pneumothorax, inproper position. and fluid extravasation. “ There was no death which is atiributed to catheterization.
