Varikoselli Oligospermik Erkeklerde Hormonal ve Histopatolojik Kriterlerinin Karşılaştırılması

İnfertilite nedenlerinden biri olan. varikoselin büyüklüğü ile; spermogram değişiklikleri, testis hacmı, testislerin histolojik yapısı ve hormonal değerler arasındak ilişkiler 12 olguda araştırılmış ve bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. Olgularımızın özellikle varikoselli, oligaspermik, evli çocuksuz hastalardan seçilmiştir. Konuyu spesiyalize etmemiz ve hormonal araştırmalarda hastalarla tam kollaborasyon kurmanin zorluğu nedeniyle. araştırmadaki olgu sayısı sınırlı kalmıştır. Keza literaratürde bu ve buna benzer sayısal değerlendirimier olduğu gözlenmiştir. Çoğu yön-. leriyle literatüre eşlik eden bulgular saptanmıştır. Ancak, hormonal değerlendirimlerle bağlantı kürulamamıştır. Histopatolojik değerlendirim sonuçarıyla varikoselin büyüklüğü arasında bir ilişki olduğu ve sürenin de patolojik gelişmeyi artırdığı, unilateral olan tübüler bozukluğun bilateral hale dönüştüği gözlenmiştir. Gecikmiş olgularda sperm sayı ve motilitesinde belirgin bir patolojik sapma bulunmuştur. Bunun sonucu olarak: varikoşelli oligospermik olgular da erken cerrahi girişimin gerektiği kanısına varılmıştır.
