Karaciğer Sirozunda Akciğer-Perfüzyon Sintigrafisi
Abstract
ın this study, the results of pulmonary perfusion scintigraphy done on 16 patient with hepatic cirrhosis were presented. Of these, 13 patients showed abnormal pulmonary perfusions, seven of which had arterial hypoxemia. Average right and left iung perfusion in these patients was found to be 75.8 per cent of the normal value (p< 0.001). There was no significant disparity between perfusions of cither of the lungs (p>>0.05). As far as the pulmonary perfusion abnormality was concerned, neither the guantity of the ascitic fluid nor its existence per se had any correlative significance (p7>0.03). It has been concluded that existence of ascites does not adversely effect the reliability öf pulmonary perfusion scintigraphy in the patients with hepatic cirrhosis, and that scintigraphic defect can in no way be explained by the pulmonary coltaps resulting from the diaphragmatic elevation secondary ascites.
