Abstract

«Priapizm» hastalığı erken teşhis ve erken uygulama ile tedavi edilebilmektedir. . Burada çok geç kalmış bir vakada çeşitli tedavi metodlarından faydalanmayan hastaya cerrahi olarak spongio-kavernöz anastomoz yapılması ile priapizm tamamen izale edilmiştir.
