Abstract

Kriptoftalmi dışında Fraser Sendromunun mulüpl konjenital anomalilerinden önemli bir bölümünü taşıyan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Vak'ayı karakterize eden bulgular sindaktili, kaşların birden çok sayıda oluşu korneada skleraya benzer opasite, kulak kepçesinin hipoplazik oluşu, yüksek damak, larinksde perde, göbek fitığı, klitoris büyüklüğü, rudimente labialar ve anus atrezisidir.

Abstract

A case which reveals an important part of the multiple congenital anomalies of the Fraser's syndrome besides cryptophthalmos has been presented. The findings characterictic of the case are : syndaciyiy, numercos eye brows, opacity on the cornea resembling sclera, hipoplastic upper pinnea, high arched palate, laryngeal web, umblical hernia, enlarged clitoris, rudimented labias and anal atresia.
