Abstract
One rectum duplication with an associated genitale malformation is described. A similar description of such a malformation can be very seldom seen in the literature.

Abstract
İntesünal duplikasyonlara ilk defa 1937 de Ladd dikkati çekmiş ve 1952 de de Gross kesin tariflerini vapmıştır (2,6). Kolonun distal kısmının ve rektumun duplikasyonları ise, intestinal sistem duplikasyonları arasında da çok ender rast lanan hastalıklardandır (2). Saptayabildiğimiz, yayınlanmış rektum dupliksyonlannın sayısı sekizdir. (Bishop ve Gross 3, Mc Lanahn 2, Cogswelll 1, Jewell 1 ve Müller 1 vaka bildirmişlerdir). Bu nedenle aşağıda takdim edeceğimiz vakamızın dünya literatürüne katkısı olacağı kanısındayız.
