Böbrek Hastalıklarında Lipoproteinlerin Araştırılması
Abstract
We investigated to what extent serum protein level affects urine lipoprotein changes in 23 acute glomerulonephritis, 40 chronic glomerulonephritis, 6 chronic glomerulonephritis with acute episodes, and 42 nephrotic syndrome cases. The statistical significance of the difference between the mean values of serum albumin, serum globulin, serum protein electrophoresis, and urine excreted protein in the groups where alpha lipoprotein was detected in urine and where alpha lipoprotein was not detected in urine was investigated. Although the highest value determined in this study was the difference between the mean values of urine excreted protein in chronic glomerulonephritis cases (& — | .941), it is not statistically significant. No statistically significant difference was found between these values in all 4 groups. (p7>0.05). i
In this study, no relationship was found between urine lipoprotein levels in kidney diseases.
