Abstract

1. Bu çalışmada 10 normal ve 22 akut myokard infarktüslü hastaya, 1 mgr.
İ.V. glukagon verilerek, glukagon'un serbest yağ asitleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır.
2. Glukagon'un lipolitik etkisi akut myokard infarktüslü hastalarda normal şahıslardan farklı olarak belirgin şekilde artmaktadır (p<0,01).
3. Akut myokard infarktüslü hastalarda glukagon verildikten sonra tesbit edilen serbest yağ asitleri değerlerindeki yükselme derecesi ile aritmi oluşumu
arasındaki ilgi incelenmiştir.
4, Akut myokard infarktüslü hastalarda plâzma serbest yağ asitleri yüksekliği
ile aritmi teşekkülü arasında hiç bir ilgi olmadığı saptanmıştır. U

Abstract

1. In this study 10 normal, 22 patients with acute myocardial infarction Were
given İ.V. glucagon; 1 mgr. to each and the effect of it on free fatty acids
was studiçd. i
2. Lipolytic effect of glücagon in the patients with acute myocardial infarçtion
“is much more stronger than normal persons (p<0,01)
3. In such cases of myocardial infarction, after the injection of glucagon, the
relation between increased free tatty acidy acids level and arrhythmias pro-
.duction is studied. . i
4. In the same case again, there is no relation between the level of free fatty
acids and the production of arrhythmias.
