Acute Myocardial Glucagon Effect on Free Fatty Acids

Abstract

1. Bu çalışmada 10 normal ve 22 akut myokard infarktüslü hastaya, 1 mgr. İ.V. glukagon verilerek, glukagon'un serbest yağ asitleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. 2. Glukagon'un lipolitik etkisi akut myokard infarktüslü hastalarda normal şahıslardan farklı olarak belirgin şekilde artmaktadır (p<0,01). 3. Akut myokard infarktüslü hastalarda glukagon verildikten sonra tesbit edilen serbest yağ asitleri değerlerindeki yükselme derecesi ile aritmi oluşumu arasındaki ilgi incelenmiştir. 4, Akut myokard infarktüslü hastalarda plâzma serbest yağ asitleri yüksekliği ile aritmi teşekkülü arasında hiç bir ilgi olmadığı saptanmıştır.
