Abstract
56 Ürolojik vakada Dip-slide İnoküJasyon tekniğine göre kültür yapilmış, neticeler aynı idrardan yapılan diğer iki laboratuvar kültürü neticeleri ile karşılaştırılmış ve birbirine çok yakın değerler bulunmuştur. Ayrıca üreyen bakterilere etkili antibiyotikler kısaca arzedilmiştir. Alışılagelmiş ve bilinen laboratuvar kültür ve rezistans testlerine göre daha çabuk ve kolay kullanılan bir teknik olan Urlcult, bir incubator bulunursa çok kolay ve yardımcı bir teşhis aracı olarak hemen her yerde kullanılabilir.

Abstract
Uricult : An early detection for the bacteriai infections on urinary tract In 56 Urologic cases, Uricult was made according to Dip u slide Inoculation technic. The results obtained were compared with the other two laboratory cultures made from urine and si- milar values were encountered. Also effective antibiotics to the cultivated bacteria were reported.
Uricult is a much easier and quicker technic when compared with the known conventional laboratory means and if we have an incubator this method can easily be used as an adjunctive diagnostic Inean in almost all cases.
Deporjding on our findings, Uri-cult is an economic, practical and reliable method* and essential mean for early diagnosis.
