Abstract

Bu yazımızda korosiv madde içerek oesophagusları yaralanan hastalarda yapılacak ilk proflâktik tedbirler, bujileme ve cerrahi tedavi yöntemleri üzerinde duruldu. Bu hastalarda ilk proflaktik tedavi yapılmamışsa ve bujileme . geç başlamış ve yetersiz yapılmışsa bu takdirde meydana gelecek strüktürün cerrahi yolla tedavisi lüzumludur. Muhtelif cerrahi yöntemler arasında mide tüpü ile yapılan rekonstriksiyon kanımızca en uygun metoddur

Treatment Of Oesophageal Strictures Caused By Corrosive Substances

Abstract

In this article, we focused on the initial prophylactic measures, dilatation and surgical treatment methods to be performed in patients whose esophagus is injured by ingesting corrosive substances. If initial prophylactic treatment is not performed in these patients and dilatation is not performed, If it is started late and done inadequately, surgical treatment of the resulting structure is necessary. Among various surgical methods, we believe that reconstruction with a gastric tube is the most appropriate method
