Abstract

17 ve 25 yaşlarında iki kadın hastada tesbit edilen intratorasik dev lenf düğümü vakası takdim edilmiştir. Vakalardan biri alışılan mediasten lokalizasyonu gösterdiği halde diğeri toraks iç duvarında yerleşmiştir. İntratorasik dev lenf düğümüi„ nün histogenezisi tartışılmış ve hemartomatöz olabileceği düşünülmüştür.

Abstract

Intrathoraslc Giant Lymph Node
Two cases of íntrathoracic giant lymph node are presented. The patients, 17 and 25 year-old were both females. One of the patients had the mass in usual mediastinal localisation, but the localisation of the second •case was unusual as being inside of the thoracal wall. The histogenesis of the giant lymph node was discussed and it seemed to us that they are hamartomatous in origin and benign in nature.
