Bu çalısmada diyabetik olmayan 11 obez kisiye, oral yolla, 35 g. uzun zincirli asitlerinden rnütesekkil trigliserid verilmistir.
Ça11srnaya dahil edilen vakaların plazma IRI seviyeleri, kan sekerleri, serbest yag asit ve trigliseridleri 3,5 saat süre ile takip edilmis, yag verilmesinden 3 saat sonra, plazma IRI seviyesinde istatistik oltarak anlamll bir artis husule geldiäi saptanrmstlr.
Bu husus obez ve diyabetik olmayan sahlslara klsa ve uzun zincirli yağ asitleri yükleme ile ilgili önceki çallsmarımızla klyaslanmıstlr.
In this study, 11 non-diabetic obese individuals were orally administered 35 g of long-chain fatty acid-derived triglycerides.
The plasma IRI levels, blood sugars, free fatty acids and triglycerides of the cases included in the study were monitored for 3.5 hours, and it was determined that there was a statistically significant increase in plasma IRI levels 3 hours after fat administration.
This issue was compared with our previous studies on loading short and long-chain fatty acids to obese and non-diabetic individuals.
