Abstract

Laboratuvarımızda uyguladığımız neonatal ve adült farelerde yapılan timektomi tekniği tarif edilmiş ve mortalite oranı tartışılmıştır. İyi bir tekniğe sahip olmak için gerekli önemin
sabıra ve dikkate ihtiyaç gösterdiği üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract

The thymectomy technique performed in neonatal and adult mice in our laboratory is described and the mortality rate is discussed. It is emphasized that the importance of having a good technique requires patience and attention.
