Abstract

Tekrarlayan cholangiolitis chronica sendromunda şirürjik tedavi sonuçları (70 vak'anın etüdü) .
Tekrarlayan cholangiolitis chronica ve bunun daha güdük ve ileri türlerini gösteren 70 vak'anın klinik ve patolojik anatomik incelenmesi yapıldı. Histo - patolojik olarak vak'alarımızın % 22'sinde minimal hepar lezyonları, % 4'ünde yağlanma, % 34'ünde cholangiolitis chronica, % 21 'inde hepatitis chronica ve % 17'sinde tipik hepar fibrosisi bulunuyordu.
Klinik belirtiler arasında % 62 oranında ağrı, % 32 oranında ateş, % 28 oranında sarılık ve % 32 oranında zayıflama dikkati çekmiştir.

Abstract

Results of surgical treatment in chronic recurrent cholangitis syndrome (Study of 70 personal cases)
.This is the clinical and pathological-anatomical study of 70 cases presenting the syndrome of chronic recurrent cholangioitis including its rough and advanced forms.
The histopathological examinations highlight 22% of the so-called minimal hepatic lesions (such as paranchymal degenerations of various degrees, biliary stasis, granule increments, diffuse fatty infiltration vacuolar degenerations, 34% of chronic cholangiolitis, 21% chronic hepatitis and 27% of typical hepatic fibrosis.
There were 62% of pain, 32% fever, 28% jaundice and 32% sudden weight loss between clinical signs.
X-ray examinations showed 51% of the signs of manifest biliary dyskinesia. From the point of view of treatment, 75% of the hepatic peri-artery neureötomy was performed.
