Abstract

Son on yıldan beri serebrovasküler cerrahide kullanılan operatif serebral anjiografinin klinik uygulamadaki yeri ve uygulama şekilleri belirtilmiştir. Açık A. karotis kommunisin ekspozisyonu sonunda, iğne girişi ile ameliyat esnasında uygulanan anjiografi tekniği. anlatılmıştır. Serebrovasküler cerrahide ve kliniğimizde uyguladığımız 5 vak'ada, operatif serebral anjiografinin uygulanması ve değeri tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

The place and application methods of operative cerebral angiography used in cerebrovascular surgery since the last ten years in clinical practice have been indicated. Open A. angiography technique applied during surgery with needle insertion at the end of carotid communis expression. it has been described. The application and value of operative cerebral angiography in cerebrovascular surgery and in 5 cases we applied in our clinic are discussed.
