Abstract

12 year old boy having high fever, arthralgy and edema was hospitalized and systemic lupus erythematosus nephritis was diagnosed after observing the symptoms of albuminuri, hematuri slendruri and high blood urea content. LE cells were seen .q.t the peripheral Biopsy material from the kidney was examined to observe the microscopic and electronmicroscopic findings.

Abstract

Yüksek ateş, artralji ve ödem şikâyeti ile kliniğimize yatırılan 12 yaşındaki bir erkek çocuğunda, albuminuri, hematuri, slendruri ve yüksek kan üre seviyesi tespit edilerek lupus nefriti düşünülmüştür. Periferik kandan hazırlanan preparatta LE hücreleri görülmüştür. Böbrekte husule gelen değişiklikleri görmek için, iğne biopsisi ile alınan materyel mikroskopik ve elektron mikroskopik olarak incelenmiştir.
