Abstract

Kliniğimizde, kırk kişi üzerinde yapılan bu çalışma ile, PESCADOR derivasyonunun koroner yetmezliklerinin tanısındaki önemi araştırıldı.
Vak'alarımız üç gruba ayrıldı;
I. Grup : 10 Normal
II. Grup : 15 Atipik anginal ağrılı
III. Grup : 15 Tipik anginal ağrılı
Neticede, Atipik latent koroner yetmezliklerinin tanısında, istirahat esnasında çekilen PESCADOR derivasyonunun, efor testinden daha önemli olduğu tesbit edildi.

Abstract

In this study conducted on forty people in our clinic, the importance of PESCADOR derivation in the diagnosis of coronary insufficiency was investigated.
Our cases were divided into three groups;
Group I: 10 Normal
Group II: 15 With atypical anginal pain
Group III: 15 With typical anginal pain
As a result, it was determined that PESCADOR derivation taken during rest was more important than the effort test in the diagnosis of atypical latent coronary insufficiency.
