Abstract

12 gebe olmayan kadında 100 normal ve patolojik obstetrik vakada SGOT ve SGPT aktiviteleri belirlendi ve bulunan değerler sunuldu. Normal gebe kadınlarda ve normal doğum yapan kadınlarda farklı trimesterlerde normal enzim aktiviteleri belirlendi.
Öte yandan, preeklamptik gebelik toksemisi olan 2 olguda SGOT ve SGPT aktivitelerinin yüksek olduğu görüldü. Bu olguların 14’ünde eklampsi, 2’sinde ise eklampsi ile birlikte preeklampsi vardı.
İncelememizde elde edilen bulgular diğer çalışmalarla karşılaştırıldığında§,• gebelikte SGOT ve SGPT aktivitelerinin tayin edilmesinin, özellikle takiplerde, toksemi vakalarında önemli bir biyobenzer yöntem olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Determination of Serum Glutamic Oxalacetic Transaminase (SGOT) and Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase (SGPT) Activities in Normal and Pathological Pregnancies

Abstract

SGOT and SGPT activities were determined in 100 normal and pathological obstetric cases in 12 non-pregnant women and the found values ​​were presented. Normal enzyme activities were determined in different trimesters in normal pregnant women and women who gave birth normally.
On the other hand, SGOT and SGPT activities were found to be high in 2 cases with preeclamptic gestational toxemia. 14 of these cases had eclampsia and 2 had preeclampsia with eclampsia.
When the findings obtained in our study are compared with other studies,§• it has been concluded that determining SGOT and SGPT activities during pregnancy is an important biosimilar method, especially in follow-up and toxemia cases.
