Diabetik Glomeruloskleroz

Abstract

Ankara Üniversitesi İç Hastalıkları Kliniği’ne başvuran nefropatili 12 diyabet hastasına perkütan renal biyopsi yapıldı. On iki olgunun biyopsi sonuçları şu şekildeydi: Altı olguda yaygın, iki olguda nodüler ve minimal yaygın, iki olguda saf nodüler ve bir olguda eksüdatif diyabetik glomerüloskleroz. Bir olguda sadece minimal değişiklikler vardı.
Hem klinik hem de histolojik bulgular literatürde bildirilen sonuçlardan farklı değildi, ancak kronik piyelonefrit komplikasyonu biraz daha yüksek bulundu.

Abstract

Renal biopsies were done on 12 patients with diabetes mellitus in the Department of Medicine, University of Ankara Medical School. Histologically in six cases the biopsy specimens revealed solely diffuse glomerular changes, in two cases nodule - diffuse changes, in two cases solely nodular changes, in one case exudative changes; In one case the biopsy showed minimal changes.
The frequency of chronic pyelonephritis in diabetic subjects is somewhat higher than in literature. The other clinical and histologic findings in our cases were not more different than reported cases in literature.
