Beyin Kanamalarmndaki Elektrokardiyografik Değişiklikler

Abstract

Beyin kanamalarında oluşan EKG değişikliklerini incelemek üzere Fakültemiz Nöroloji Kliniğinde 1970-1972 yılları arasında beyin kanaması tanısıyla yatarak tedavi gören ve dosyasında EKG si bulunan 30 vakanın elektrokardiyografileri incelendiğinde a — Vakaların % 83 ünde QT mesafesinin uzamış olduğu görüldü. % 46 oranında görülen «U» dalgasının, «T» dalgası ile kaynasmasının QT mesafesinin uzun görülme oranını arttırabileceği belirtildi. b — % 80 oranında spesifik olmayan ST-T değişikliklerinin oluştuğu ve bunun % 50 sinin ise myokard iskemisini düşündüren EKG değişiklikleri şeklinde olduğu görüldü. c — EKG değişikliklerinin sıklık sırasıyla en çok derivasyonlarında oluştuğu saptandı. Serebrovasküler bozukluklarda rastlanan ve myokard iskemisi veya infarktüsünü taklit eden EKG değişikliklerinin tanınmasının EKG tefsirindeki önemi belirtildi.
