Abstract

Berlin Klinik Havelhöhede 1960-1966 yılları arasında yedi senelik süre içerisinde yapılmış olan Servikal biodşİ vak'aları hakkında malûmat verilmeye çalışıldı. Bu metodla teşhis konamayan vakalarda diğer metodlar kullanıldı ve bunlar istatistik malûmat olarak sunuldu. Servikal biopside ortalama olarak % 28.6 pozitif histopatolojik netice elde edilmiştir. Negatif olan vak'alarda Bronkoskopi, akciğer ponksiyonu, Thorokoskopi, lateral mediastinoskopi gibi metodlarla teşhis konmaya çalışılmıştır. Tabelaların tetkikinde de pnlaşılacağı şekilde histopatolojik teşhisler senelere taksimi alınan neticelerde cinsiyet oranı tatbik edilen teşhis metodları ayrı, ayrı gösterilmiştir. Bu istatistik malûmat ölçüsünde akciğerde kullanılan diagnostik metodların değeri ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bütün teşhis metodlarına rağmen 409 vak'adan 20 sinde otopsi ile teşhis koymak zorunluluğu hasıl olmuşturki, bu da oran itibariyle azdır. Bu yazımızda akciğer hastalıklarında -histonatolojik teşhise götüren diagnostik metodların, bilhassa servikal biopsi ve lateral mediastinoskopinin değeri anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.
