Abstract

Bir dizi 20 olgu nedeniyle dış safra fistülleri tartışıldı. bu vakaların 2'si (96 10) dış yaralanma, biri (96 5) teknik hata, 9'u (% 45) ameliyat sırasında karaciğer dışı safra yollarında yaralanma ve 8'i (70 40) karaciğer hidatik kistlerinin tedavisinden sonra kalan fistüllerdir.
Fistülün ortaya çıkması ameliyattan sonra 4 ay kadar sürebilir. Her grubun tedavi açısından ayrı ayrı ele alınmasını gerektiren faktörler vardır. 20% ölüm oranı vardır. Ölüm oranını azaltmak için hastalar ameliyathaneye çok dikkatli taşınmalıdır.

Bile Fistulas Opening to the Outside (Study of a Series of 20 Cases)

Abstract

A series of 20 cases of external bile fistulas were discussed. 2 of these cases (96 10) are external injuries, one (96 5) is a technical error, 9 (45%) are injuries to the non-hepatic biliary tract during surgery, and 8 (70 40) are fistulas left after the treatment of hepatic hydatid cysts.
The fistula may take up to 4 months to appear after surgery. There are factors that require each group to be treated separately. There is a 20% mortality rate. Patients should be transported to the operating room very carefully to reduce the mortality rate.
