Abstract

Epididimis spermatik granüloması ile ilgili on beş olgu sunulmuştur. Bu vakalar aşağıdaki gruplarda incelenmiştir: stromada a — eozinofil lökosit ve sperm invazyonu, kronik inflamasyon, duktus genişlemesi ve epitel yıkımı olan vakalar,% 66.6, stromada b - eozinofil lökosit, spermiyum invazyonu, kronik inflamasyon, duktusta duktus genişlemesi ve yassı epitel metaplazisi% 20, c - Ekim ayı üzerindeki a bölümündeki tabloya ek olarak 20,, spermiyofaj içeren vakalar. % 13. Spermiumun stromaya geçip granülomlar oluşturmasına neden olan mekanizma karmaşıktır ve spermin stromaya geçişi sırasında tüpte meydana gelecek tahribatın önemi vurgulanmıştır.

Spermatic Granulomas Of The Epididymis

Abstract

15 cases of spermatic granuloma of the edipdydimis were presented. These cases were classified as follows: a — Cases which are associated with the invasion of stroma by spermia and eosinophil leucocytes and with chronic inflammatory cells, enlargement of the ducts and disappearance of the duct enithelium (66.6 1%). b — Cases with squamous metaplasia in the ducts in addition to other microscopic findings in a (20.0 go). c — Cases with spermiophages in addition to the findings enumarated in a (13,0 .
The invasion of stroma by spermia and the mechanism of the development of granuloma were discussed as well as the importance of the developmen of destrucion of the duc wall as being an important factor in the former.
