Abstract

1969 - 1972 seneleri arasında A. Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Göğüs Hastalıkları Kliniğinde tesbit edilen 154 periferik adenopatili hastanın 127 sinde Histopatolojik olarak adenit tüberküloz tesbit edilmiştir. Bunlardan 7 sinde etyolojik sebep BCG aşısı, 120 sinde ise naturel enfeksiyondur. 120 vak'anın 3 tanesinde aktif tüberküloz, 1 tanesinde inaktif tüberküloz, birtanesinde de radyolojik olarak yaygın kalsifikasyon tesbit edilmiştir. BCG komplikasyonu olan 7 vak'adan 5 tanesinde aksiler ; 2 tanesinde suprakleviküler adenopati tesbit edilmiş ve bunlardan bir tanesinde kalsifiye adenopati ile beraber, sol akciğer zonunda tüberküloza bağlı pnömonik kesafet görülmüştür. 2 aylık PAS ve INH tedavisinden sonra akciğerdeki lezyon tama yakın silinmiştir. Bir vak'adan fistül mayiinde tüberküloz (BCG) basili aranmış fakat kültür neticeleri menfi kalmıştır. Bütün BCG aşısına bağlı komplikasyonlarda INH tedavisi iyi netice vermiştir.

BCG Komplikasyonları

Abstract

Between 1969 and 1972, A. Ü. Adenitis tuberculosis was detected histopathologically in 127 of 154 patients with peripheral adenopathy detected in the Chest Diseases Clinic of the Faculty of Medicine. The etiological cause in 7 of these is BCG vaccine, and in 120 cases it is natural infection. Of the 120 cases, active tuberculosis was detected in 3 cases, inactive tuberculosis was detected in 1 case, and widespread calcification was detected radiologically in one case. In 5 of 7 cases with BCG complications, axillary; Supraclevicular adenopathy was detected in 2 of them, and in one of them, calcified adenopathy and pneumonic opacification due to tuberculosis were observed in the left lung zone. After 2 months of PAS and INH treatment, the lesion in the lung was almost completely erased. In one case, tuberculosis (BCG) bacillus was detected in the fistula fluid, but the culture results were negative. INH treatment gave good results in all BCG vaccine-related complications.
