Abstract

RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND KIDNEY Renal biobsies were done on İl rheumatoid arthritiş patients in the Department of Medicine of Ankara Medical School, Histologicaliy chronic glomerulonephritis was found in 4; membranous glomerulonephritis in 2, analgesic nephropaty in 1, acute glomerulonephritis in 1, amyloidosis in 1 and non-specific changes in 2.

RUMATOID ARTHRITIS AND KIDNEY

Abstract

Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi İç Hastalıkları Kliniği'ne müracaat eden ve tipik rumatoid artrit bulguları gösteren vak'aların idrarları rutin olarak incelendi. Bunlar arasında idrarında proteinüri olan 11 vak'aya perkütan böbrek iğne biyopsisi yapıldı. Histolojik olarak 4 vak'aya kronik glomerulonefrit, 2 vak'aya membranöz glomerulonefrit, 1 vak'aya amiloid, 1 vak'aya analjeziknefropatisi, İ vak'aya akut glomerulonefrit tanısı kondu. Geriye kalan iki vak'ada bizi tanıya götürmeyen non-spesifik histolojik değişiklikler vardı. Bulgularımız amiloid, analjezik böbreği, non-spesifik değişiklikler. bakımından literatüre uygunluk göstermesine rağmen, kronik glomerulonefrit, membranöz glomerulonefrit, akut glomerulonefrit bakımından ayrılık göstermiştir. Vak'aların incelenmesi için yapılan böbrek biyopsisine bağlı herhangi bir Komplikasyon müşahade edilmedi.
