Abstract

Gebe ve gebe olmayan 226 kadından alınan idrarda gebelik tayini için immünolojik gebelik testi yapıldı. Bunlardan 111'i pozi ve 115'i negatif bulundu. 22 vakada immünolojik test, GM: Kurbaga testi ile birlikte mukayeseli olarak yanıldı. Sonuç olarak immiünolojik gebelik testlerinin, deney hayvanına ihtiyaç göstermemesi, kısa zamanda netice alınabilmesi, yapılmasının basit ve kolay olması, doğruluk ve hassasiyetinin daha fazla olması bakımından diger gebelik testlerinden üstün olduğu kanısına varıldı.

Abstract

| Short Duration Immunological Prognancy Test Random urine samples from 226 pregnant and nonpregnant women Were tested with immunologic tests for pregnancy. The results of the test were found positive in İll cases and negative in 115 casls. In 22 cases Immunologic pregnancy tests were per formed and compared with GM. frog pregnancy tests.
