Safra Sistemi Hipotonisi Sendromunda Şirürjikal Tedavi Sonuçları
Abstract
A series of 270 cases of hypotonic dyskinesia syndrome of the bile ducts treated personally between 1956 and 1970 was discussed. In this series, radiological examinations showed that the gallbladder was hypotonic or atonic in 78% of cases. Acute crises were detected in 1/3 of the cases, and other previous interventions were detected in 1/3. Umbilical hernia was present in 10%, cholangitis chronica in 8%, and pancreatitis chronica in 12% together with hypotonic dystonia.
Cholecystectomy was used in 80% of the cases, cholecystectomy and neuroctomy in 6%, and right splanchnicectomy in 7% of the cases.
Distant results ranging from 1 to 13 years were 78.1% good and 21.9% poor; there was no mortality.
