SKIN MALACOPLACIA CASE REPORT AND LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

MALAKOPLAKİA OF THE SKİN :
Twenty -two years old Woman who have had Malakoplakia of the skin has been presented and discussed under the. light of the literature. Only tw malakoplakia cases has been found in the literature showing skin localisation. The symptoms and the signs of the patient and the result of the treatmen was same as of those in the literature. We think that there are some similarities betwetheis nen tity and Whipple disease, as far as the pathogenesis of these has been concerned.

Abstract

'Literatürün ışığı altında 22 yaşında kadın hastada deri de yerleşmiş malakoplaki vakası takdim edildi. Bugüne kadar bu lokalizasyonda bildirilmiş 3. vaka olan hastadaki bulgular ve tedaviye cevap durumu daha evvelki yayınlarda, bildirilenlerle benzerdir. Patojenezin tartışılmasında; Antitede Whipple hastalığı ile ortak bazı özelliklerin bulunduğu düşünüldü.
