Abstract
Bu incelemede kliniğimizde tetkik ve tedavi edilmiş 3 adet koite bağlı rektovajinal fistül vakası ele alınmış ve konunun tıbbi ve sosyal yönleri, önleme çareleri belirtilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, three cases of rectovaginal fistula due to their first sexual intercourse are presented. The role of coital trauma in the etiology and the prophylaxis of this condition is discussed.
