Abstract

Cyst of the Common Bile Duct A 20-year-old woman was admitted to hospital with symptoms of obstructive jaundice. Choledochal cyst in the diameter of 20 cm was found in laparotomy. Cyst was removed radically. Biliary jejunal anastomosis (Roux-en-Y) was performed for treatment. Two weeks after the operation, the patient was discharged from the hospital in good health.
