Abstract
Bu klinik çalışmada Gülhane Askeri Tıp Akademisi’nde dev göğüs vakalarına uygulanan serbest meme ucu transplantasyonu yöntemi detaylı olarak anlatılmıştır. Preoperatif ölçümlerle planlanan ameliyat sonrası hastalarda estetik ve fonksiyonel iyileşmeler sağlanmıştır. Nekroz ve diğer komplikasyonlar gözlenmemiştir. Özellikle çok iri, sarkık memelerde meme ucunun canlılığının tehlikeye girdiği durumlarda bu teknik önerilmektedir.

Abstract
This clinical paper presents surgical interventions applied to three cases of extreme breast hypertrophy at Gülhane Military Medical Academy. The technique used was free nipple grafting. Preoperative planning included anthropometric measurements and incision mapping. Postoperative results showed satisfactory aesthetic and functional recovery, with no complications. The method is recommended particularly for massive, pendulous breasts where other techniques may compromise nipple viability.
