Abstract

1-Anterior füzyon. posterior füzyon'a nazaran daha kolay yapılır. Bu husus, önce posterior füzyon yapılmış fakat başarısız kalmış vakalarda ikinci kez anterior füzyona tabi tutulmuş hastaların bizzat kendileri tarafından da teyid edilmiştir.
2 — Kullanılan oto-greflerden en başarılı ve en süratli füzyon sağlayanı iliak grefler olmuştur.
3 — Semptomatik şifa, radyografik görünümden çok daha memnuniyet vericidir.
4 — Anterior aproç ile L5-S1 arasındaki füzyon, L4-15 arasındaki füzyondan daha güç değildir.
5 — Komplikasyonlar, dikkatle tatbik edilecek ameliyatlarda önemsenmeyecek derecede azdır.

Abstract

1-Anterior fusion is easier to perform than posterior fusion. This has been confirmed by patients who have undergone a second anterior fusion in cases where posterior fusion was previously performed but failed.
2 — The most successful and fastest fusion among the autografts used was the iliac grafts.
3 — Symptomatic healing is much more pleasing than radiographic appearance.
4 — Fusion between L5-S1 with an anterior appendage is not more difficult than fusion between L4-15.
5 — Complications are negligible in surgeries that are performed with care.
