Abstract

Cerrahi bulgulara dayanan bir Pott paraplejisi sınıflaması önerilmiştir. Her ne kadar klinik bulgular parapleji tipini tayin etmeye yardımcı olsa da kesin teşhis genellikle ameliyatla konulabilmektedir. Bazı vakalarda birden fazla sebep bir arada bulunabilir. Paraplejinin doğru sınıflandırılması, prognoz ve tedavi yönlendirmesi açısından büyük önem taşır.

Pott Paraplejisinde Patolojik Tabloya İstinaden Bir Klasifikasyon

Abstract

A classification of Pott’s paraplegia based on operative findings is proposed. While clinical evaluation may suggest the type, a definitive diagnosis often requires surgical inspection. The presence of multiple simultaneous causes is common. Accurate classification aids prognosis and is vital for determining future treatment strategy.
