Sinüs Plonidalin Cerrahi Tedavisinde Total Eksizyon ve Marsüpializasyonun Değeri

Abstract

1963 --1969 yılları arasında kliniğimize sinüs plonidal tanısı ile baş vuran 60 hastamızdan 52 sine (% 89,65) Total eksizyon, 6 sına (10,34) Marsüpializasyon metodu uygulanmıştır. 2 hastamız (% 3,33). Ameliyatı kabul etmemiştir.
Vak'aların 8 i (13,7) kadın, 50 si (86,20) erkekti. 10 nu (% 17) si serbest meslek sahibi 48 i (83) memur idi..
Total eksizyon metodu uygulanan hastaların hepsi ameliyat önü hazırlığına tabi tutulmuşlardır. Marsüpialize edilecek hastalarda bu hazırlığın yapılmasına ihtiyaç duyulmamıştır.
Ameliyat sonu takip edildi. Eksize edilen vak'aların ameliyat sonu çok sıkıntılı, marsüpialaize edilen vak'aları ise çok rahat geçtiği görüldü. Eksize edilen vak'alarm ortalama 16 cı günde, marsüpialize edilen vakalarm 8 inci günde taburcu olduklarl tesbit edildi.
Eksize edilen 7 vak'ada (70 13,45), süpürasyon, 1 vak'ada (%1,78) maserasyon, 1 vak'ada ( 0/0 1,78) nekroz görüldü. Bu komplikasyonlar marsüpialize edilen vak'alarda görülmemistir. Tesbit edilen 1 nüsk te (0/0 1,78) total eksizyon metodu uygulanan gruba aittir.
Ayrlca bu yamda hastallžm etiyolojisinde, hastallžm tedavisinde söz konusu olan metodlarm mukayese ve seçiminden söz edilmektedir.

Surgical Treatment of Sinus Pilonidalis: Total Excision and Marsupialization Value

Abstract

Total excision was executed in 52 and marsupialization in 6 patients, out of 60, which were admitted to our surgical service, ween 1963 and 1969 with the diagnosis of sinuspilonidalis. Two pa tients did not accept operation.
8 patients were women and 50 patients were men and the proffession of 48 patient were offical and 8 patients were free.
In all patients which total excision method was executed had a preoperative preperation. This procedure Were not required in patients when marsupialization - was eniployed.
The postoperative period was followed, The postoperative period of excisedpatients was very uncomfortable and was easy in caraswhich marsupialization• was epiployed.
'We found the avanege dayfor discharge, 16 days for excision and 8 days for marsupialization.
Süpüration was observed in 7 cares, maceration in one. care. and necrosis in one care in the postoperative period. When excision was executed. These complications did not occur when marsupialization was employed.
Only one care >has reccured and it beloys to the method of excision.
In this report, the etiology of the disease, comporison and selection of the theurapatic measures were olo discussed.
