Abstract
Bu makalede, penis bölgesinde nadir görülen iki benign tümör olgusu sunulmaktadır: lokalize elefantiazis ve kondilomata aküminata. İki ayrı vak’a üzerinden, klinik bulgular, patolojik incelemeler ve uygulanan modifiye cerrahi teknikler anlatılmıştır. İlk vak’ada lenfatik staza ve doku hipertrofisine neden olan kronik inflamasyon saptanmış, ikinci vak’ada ise virüs kökenli papiller proliferasyon gözlenmiştir. Modifiye Veseen-O’Neill ve Goodwin-Thelen teknikleri başarıyla uygulanmış, cerrahi sonrası hastalarda fonksiyonel anatomi yeniden sağlanmış ve cinsel işlev mümkün hale gelmiştir.

Abstract
The article presents two rare benign penile conditions: localized elephantiasis and condylomata acuminata. Through two case studies, the authors detail the clinical presentation, pathological findings, and modified surgical techniques used for excision. The first case involved hypertrophy and lymphatic stasis attributed to chronic inflammatory processes, while the second concerned papillomatous viral growths. Modified Veseen-O’Neill and Goodwin-Thelen techniques were successfully implemented. Surgical outcomes restored functional anatomy and enabled sexual function without complications.
