İntraamniyonik ısının arttırılması ve etkileri

Abstract

WET Íkinci trimestr gebeliklerin teranötik abortion ve intra uterin ölü çocuk vak'alarında gebeliğin sonlandll'llmasl için. yeni bir metod gelistirdik. Bu metodda amnios mayii basit ve orijinal bir islem ile asopire edilip, Is.lltlhp,- tekrar amnios kesesi içerisine zerk edil mektedir ve bu uygulamaya 1/2 - 1 saat devam edilmektedir. Bu teknikle 19 vak'adan 14'ünde gebeliži sonlandlrdlk. Isltllmls amnios mayiinin plasenta fonksiyonlarlnl bozmak suretiyle etki gösterdiži kanaatindeyiz. Nitekim plasentalarln muayenesinde histolojik dešisikliklerin bulunusu bu görüsü desteklemektedir.
