İdiopatik Pulmoner Arter Dilatasyonunu Taklit Eden Perikardit Sekeli Vakası
Abstract
Radiological prominence of the pulmonary conus region on the heart's left border can result from various conditions, particularly pulmonary hypertension and idiopathic dilatation of the pulmonary artery. This case report presents a patient with no clinical or hemodynamic abnormalities but with a radiographic appearance resembling idiopathic pulmonary artery dilatation. Diagnostic studies including angiocardiography and pneumopericardium revealed a thickened pericardium and adhesions, suggesting a sequela of pericarditis as the underlying cause. Differential diagnosis and diagnostic techniques are discussed in detail.
