Abstract
Çocuklarda Kardiovasküler hastalıklarda görülen ani ve beklenmedik ölümlerin nedenleri ve korunması tartışıldı. Kardiovasküler hastalıklarda ani ve beklenmedik ölümlerde başlıca 4 kalp hastalığı sorumlu bulunmuştur. Konjenital Aort stenozu, Eisenmenger Sendromu, Pulmoner Stenoz veya Atrezi ile bidikte siyanotik Konjenital Kalp Hastalığı ve Hipertrofik ohsturuktif kardiomyopati. Ani ölümlerin en sik görülen nedeni olan Aort Stehozunoda ölüm mekanizması ayrıca incelendi.
