Abstract

Solunum hareketlerinin derinliği ve sıklığı, apne ve mekanik solunum merkezi venöz basıncı etkiler.Vazopressörlerin esasen direkt olarak merkezi venöz basınçüzerinde bir etkisi yoktur. Ancak kalp debisini değiştirmek (fonksiyonel yetmezlik yapmak) suretiyle kötü istikamette tesir ederek MVB'de bir yükselme husule getirebilir. Başka bir deyimle vazopressörlerin MVB'ye etkisi bunların kalp debisine olan etkisine bağlıdır. Merkezi venöz basınç değişikliklerinin yorumu üzerinde durmaktan ziyade bunların volüm tedavisindeki rehberliğinden yararlanılmalıdır.
