Abstract

Abstract

(Comparative Dermatoglific analysis in Epileptics) In this research Dermatoglific analysis were made in 30 female and 30 male epileptic patients and the results were compared with 60 male and 60 female control groups. The results were valued in accordance with x? procedure of “Students t test” and their importance was shown. İt was also shown that in the males there was a decrease in the formation of the palm of | type, and there was an increase in the IV and V types, but in the female epileptics there wasa decre ase in 11 type and ali these shoved differences in different controls. In the female persons tested we saw that there were important “ differences in the types of the fingers andin the control of these there was an icrease in the node types but there was a decrease in the band types of the fingers.
