Abstract
Within 1970-1975, the surgical procedures were applied. owing to the hepatic ecchinococcus to 38 cases in Atatürk Sanatoruim. The hepalic localisation of hydatid disease was founded in the right lobe in 29 cases, 3 in left and 7 in both lobes. In 21 instances, hydatid cysts was combined with the pulmonary anes, 1, with mediastinal, 1, with omental and i, also with splenal one. 3 cases of the hepatic ecchinococcus were depended on kistotomy, 24 kistotomy-capitonnage, 1 marsupialisation through the thoracic wey, 7 kistotomy with drainage by abdominal route, 2 kistotomy-partiei hepatectomy. 2 cases died and the other reults were satisfactory.

Abstract
1970-1975 yılları arasında Atatürk Sanatoryumunda, karaciğer kist hidatiği nedeniyle 38 vakaya, ameliyat uygulanmıştır. Karaciğer lokalizasyonu 29 vakada sağ lobda, 3 vakada sol lobda, 7 vakada ise her iki lobda idi.Karaciğer kist hidatiği 21 vakada akciğer kisti ile, 1 vaka- da mediastinal kalsifik kist hidatiği, 1 vakada omentum kist hidatiğı, 1 vakada da dalak kist hidatiği ile birlikte “bulunuyordu. 3 karaciğer kist hidatik vakasına kistotomi, 24 vakaya kistotomi - kapitonaj, 1 vakaya torakstan marsupializasyon, 7 vakaya kistotomi ve batın yolu ile kist boşluğu drenajı, 2 vakaya kistotomi ve kısmi hepatektomi uygulandı. 2 vakada ölüm oldu, diğer sonuçlar iyi idi.
