Popliteal - Kompresyon Sendromu (PES)
Abstract
Çç vak'amız dolayısıyla poplitea kompression sendromu incelendi. Bu sendrom, konjenital bir anomali olup, A. popliteanın normal seyrinden ayrı bir seyir göstermesi ile m. gastrocnemiusun medial veya lateral başlarından birinin kemiğe yapışma yerindeki anomali söz konusudur. Bu zamana kadar 40 vak'a neşredildi. Bu sendrom için gençlerde ortaya çıkması, arterin tikanma yerinin tipik olması ve herhangi bir damar veya kalp hastalığının beraber bulunmaması karakteristiktir.
