Myokard İnfarktüs'ünde Eritrosit Ve Plazma Kolinesteraz Aktivitesi Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 20 normal, 21 akut myokard infarktüslü ve EKG sinde gelişmekte, yaşı tayin edilemiyen, eski myokard infarktüsü örneği saptanan 20 olguda total kolinesteraz, eritrosit kolinesterazı ve plazma kolinesteraz aktiviteleri tayin edilmiştir. Akut myokard infarktüslü gurup değerleri ile normal gurup değerleri arasında istatistiki bakımdan önemli bir fark olmadığı tesbit edildi. EKG sinde gelişmekte, yaşı tayin edilemiyen, eski myokard infarktüsü örneği saptanan gurubun değerleri ile normal gurubun plazma kolinesteraz aktivitesi değerleri arasında önemli fark tesbit edildi (PK 0.02) .

Cholinestherase Activity In Red Blood Cells And Plasma In Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

In 20 normal, 21 acute and 20 subacute and chronic myocardinal infraction patients, EKG, total cholinastherase, erythrocyte and plasma cholinestherase activities were determined. Statistically no important difference was found between the normal group and the values of the acute myocardial infarction group. But there was a statistically significant difference bet- ween normal group plasma cholinestherase activity and the subacute and chronic myocardial infarction cholinestherase ac tivities (P 0.02) .
