Abstract

Pilor stenozu ön tanısı ile ameliyat edilmiş olan bir safra taşı ileusu vakası sunulmuş ve bu vesileyle oldukça nadir olan bu hastalıkla, ilgili problemler ve literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.

Abstract

Gallstone ileus is very uncommon disease. There will be some surgenos who cannot observe this disease trough their whole life. Diagnosis and treatment delay because there is no specific symptoms and signs and roentgenologic findings. Delayed treatment cause high mortality rate in old and poor risk patienis. It is important to remember disease for diagnosis. In a woman patient, over 60 years old, diabetic and obese and if there isan intermittent obstructive attacks and who had no abdominal operation, and there is no hernia we must think about gallstone ileus. ” The treatment of galist one ileus is absolutely surgical. First of all, we must plan the operation which vill remove the ileus and we must payan attention for save the patient from the other big operations.
