Abstract

The detection of dependence - producing drugs in body fluids has both academic and practical importances. Especially in some countries which has a serious drug dependence problem, the treatment and rehabilitation programs ought to be implemented with the urine controls. Therefore several methods for te detection of dependence - producing drugs in body İluids have been described in recent years. In this article some important chromatographic, spectrophotometric and immunologic methods have been discussed.

Toksimanojen Maddelerin Vücut Sıvılarında Tespit ve Tayini

Abstract

Keyif maddesi olarak kullanılan ve bağımlılık yapan maddelerin vücut sıvılarında tespiti ve tayininin gerek akademik, gerekse pratik bakımından önemi mevcuttur. Bilhassa ilâç bağımlılığının yaygın olduğu bazı ülkelerde tedavi ve rehabilitasyon programları, idrarda bağımlılık yapan maddelerin kontrolu ile birlikte yürütülmektedir. Bu nedenle son yıllarda idrar ve diğer vücut sıvılarında bağımlılık yapan maddelerin tayini hakkında birçok yeni metodlar geliştirilmiştir. Bu yazıda toksikomanojen maddelerin vücut sıvılarında tespiti için kullanılan kromatografik, spektrofotometrik ve immünolojik metodlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
