Abstract

RADİOLOJİCAL THERAYP İN CERVİX CARCİNOMAS Most of the cases which are investigated for cervical carcinoma, usually has been found too late for the operative thearapy, When the patients come to the doctors.For this reason radiotherapy is widely used in cervical carcinomas.Therefore we decided to write the review of radiation thearapy in cervical carsinomas. Also we compared all radiation sources, application forms and technigues, in this thearapy. Complication and reaction during and after the radiothearapy have been exammed and also hawto treat hese reactions and complications have been described.

Abstract

SERVİKS KARSİNOMLARINDA RADYOLOJİK TEDAVİ Serviks karsinomunda araştırılan vakaların çoğunda, hastalar doktora başvurduğunda genellikle ameliyatla tedavi için çok geç kalınmaktadır. Bu nedenle rahim ağzı karsinomlarında radyoterapi yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenle rahim ağzı karsinomlarında radyasyon tedavisinin incelemesini yazmaya karar verdik. Ayrıca bu terapide tüm radyasyon kaynaklarını, uygulama şekillerini ve teknolojilerini karşılaştırdık. Radyoterapi sırasında ve sonrasında ortaya çıkan komplikasyon ve reaksiyonlar incelenmiş, bu reaksiyon ve komplikasyonların nasıl tedavi edileceği anlatılmıştır.
