Abstract

Bulleus amphisemateus pneumothorax is a serious problem at the elderly patients. Since the total expansion of the lung is difficult, on such cases; we dissected the parietal pleura and we stitch it on the bullous part of the lung, thus preventing the air leabege and providing the lungs expension.

Spontan Pneumotoraks'ın Cerrahi Tedavisinde Yeni Bir Ameliyat Metodu

Abstract

Son 8 sene içerisinde 50 spontan pnömotoraks vakasına müdahale edildi. Bugüne kadar kullanılan pek çok tedavi şekli vakalara uygulandı. Residiv oranı % 20 bulundu. Yaşlı amfizemli, büllöz akciğerde hastalığın tekrarı çok yüksek oranda tesbit edildi. Yapılan hiçbir cerrahi müdahalede tam bir ekspansiyonun temin edilemediği görülen vakalarda yeni bir metod uygulandı. Tarafımızdan ortaya atılan bu yeni metoda akciğerin üzerini plevra ile tamamen örttüğümüz ve akciğeri koruyucu olarak rol oynadığı için klinikçe şemsiye ameliyatı adını verdik. Bu metod ile yaptığımız 6 ameliyatta başarı oranımız (yani akciğerin kısa süre içerisinde ekspanse olması) % 100 olmuştur.
