Intrathoracic Chordoma

Abstract

Clinical and surgical characteristics of a chordoma case is presented. Tumor showed an usual localisation at posterior mediastinum. This rare situation was analysed embryologically and three year follow up was described.

Abstract

Klinik ve ameliyat özellikleri gösteren bir chordoma vakası takdim edildi. Tümör çok nadir bir lokalizasyon olan intratorasik posterior mediastinumda lokalize edildi. Bu nadir lokalizasyonun embriyolojik izahı yapıldı ve 3 senelik takip sonuçları gözden geçirildi.
