Malakoplakia

Abstract

Malakoplakia was first described by Von Hansemann in 1903. The etiology and pathogenesis are unknown. It is a nonspecific inflammatory reaction of the bladder to coliform infection. Gross hematuria and urinary frequency are the usual symptoms. Diagnosis is confirmed by microscopic examination of biopsy material.

Abstract

Malakoplaki, ilk defa 1903 yılında Von Hansemann tarafından bildirilmiştir. Etioloji ve patogenezi iyi bilinmemektedir. Mesanenin koliform bakterilere karşı gösterdiği nonspesifik, iltihabi bir reaksiyondur. Profüz hematüri ve pollakiuri mutad semptomlardır. Kat’i teşhis biyopsi materyelinin mikroskopik muayenesi iledir.
